These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NCLEX Success Path's coaching services, study plan generator, downloadable resources ("Success Sheets"), and website (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Coach B, RN, MSN, CHEP ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a package or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
NCLEX Success Path provides educational coaching, study planning, and exam-preparation resources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN, which does not sponsor or endorse this website or any of our materials.
Because we cannot control or guarantee your exam outcome, packages, sessions, and resources purchased through NCLEX Success Path are non-refundable based on exam results — including if you do not pass the NCLEX exam after completing a package. Refunds, if any, are addressed solely under our refund practices described in Section 6 below (for example, non-delivery of a purchased service).
Each coaching package (Starter, Essential, Advanced, Elite) includes the specific deliverables listed on the Packages page at the time of purchase — such as study plan generator access, Success Sheets, video content, email check-ins, performance report reviews, or Zoom sessions. Package contents and pricing are subject to change for future purchases, but the deliverables listed at the time of your purchase will be honored.
We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX, become licensed, or achieve any specific outcome by any particular date. Coaching is designed to support your preparation; it is not a promise of a specific result or schedule.
We have no control over, and no responsibility for, decisions made by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), individual state boards of nursing, your school or nursing program, or any third party regarding your eligibility to test, your licensure, background checks, credentialing, visa status, or related administrative matters. Any delays, denials, or issues related to these matters are entirely outside the scope of our Services.
Coaching sessions, Zoom calls, email check-ins, and other time-limited deliverables included in your package must be used within 90 days of your purchase date unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Sessions not scheduled or used within this window are forfeited and not eligible for refund or extension.
If you do not show up for a scheduled Zoom call or coaching session without at least 24 hours' notice, that session is considered used and will not automatically be rescheduled.
All Success Sheets, study plan content, videos, and coaching materials are the original property of NCLEX Success Path and are licensed to you under a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal, individual study use only. You may not resell, redistribute, screen-record, screen-share, or publicly post these materials without written permission. Unauthorized sharing of materials or account access may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our materials, coaching guidance, Success Sheets, and study plans are accurate and reviewed against the NCSBN NCLEX-RN Test Plan in effect at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that our content is free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and we are not liable for any loss or outcome resulting from an error in our materials or from your interpretation, understanding, or application of any content, coaching advice, or feedback we provide. You are responsible for verifying critical clinical or test-taking information against current NCSBN resources and your own nursing program materials. The NCLEX exam and its test plan may also be updated by NCSBN over time, and we are not responsible for content becoming outdated due to changes made by NCSBN after a resource's publication date.
Payments are processed through PayPal. By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. If you believe a service was not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve it directly. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and are not provided on the basis of exam results, personal dissatisfaction with study outcomes, or sessions forfeited under Section 6.
We reserve the right to discontinue coaching services to any client who is abusive, unresponsive for an extended period, or otherwise unable to engage productively with the coaching process, without obligation to refund fees for services already delivered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCLEX Success Path and Coach B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to delays in licensure, costs of retaking the exam, lost wages, or any other outcome related to your NCLEX attempt. In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the package or service giving rise to the claim.
This website, the study plan generator, and any downloadable resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website or generator will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, browser, or third-party hosting outages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCLEX Success Path and Coach B from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase and use our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NCLEX Success Path regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
